Nusrat Deen is the President and CEO of multiple clinical research sites, with a distinguished track record of bootstrapping new sites and guiding them from concept to high-enrolling operations. With a background in accounting and SAP systems management, she brings extensive expertise in site management, quality assurance, contract negotiation, recruitment, and retention. Her rich experience in IT and healthcare enables her to lead across all facets of the business, driving operational excellence and strategic growth.

Throughout her career, Deen has successfully led six diverse healthcare services organizations, earning recognition as a veteran healthcare executive. She is known for her ability to navigate the evolving field of clinical research while fostering innovation and efficiency at every level of the organization.
Beyond her professional achievements, Nusrat is deeply committed to community service. She currently serves on the boards of several local and international nonprofits, leveraging her experience to advance initiatives that better humanity and improve the well-being of others.
