Mohammed Al-Khudari, MD

Mohammad Al-Khudari, MD is a board-certified ophthalmologist and a native of Chicago’s southwest suburbs. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and received his medical degree from Chicago Medical School. He completed his internship at MacNeal Hospital and the University of Chicago, followed by his residency at Stroger Memorial Hospital.

After residency, Dr. Al-Khudari completed a fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology at Children’s Memorial Hospital/Northwestern University. He has received numerous honors, including the Best Research Project Award from the Chicago Ophthalmology Society, Outstanding Teacher of the Year, and Chief Resident at Stroger Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Al-Khudari has authored multiple publications and conducted research in macular degeneration, glaucoma, and pediatric ophthalmology. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Chicago Ophthalmology Society, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and the American Association for Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus.
